  • B.S. Horticulture, University of Connecticut
  • M.A. Curriculum & Instruction, University of Connecticut
  • Accredited member of the American Institute of Floral Designers
  • Connecticut Certified Horticulturist, Connecticut Nursery & Landscape Association
  • Has been working in the horticultural industry for 28 years within florists, garden centers, and landscape companies in Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts.  Also taught as a horticultural instructor in community colleges and high schools.
  • Competed in several professional floral design competitions, created floral and landscape exhibits at the Connecticut Flower and Garden Show, exhibits in Wadsworth Atheneum Fine Arts & Flowers, and Osborn Homestead Museum Holiday Designer.
