Catherine is a second-generation Beekeeper and owner of The Humble Bee Company and The Hive @ The Pin, a Farm Store and Honey House located in Oakville, CT.  She volunteers at a community food bank and has spoken at libraries, churches, schools, symposiums and land trusts throughout the state of Connecticut.
