Information Required by FGCCT to file form IRS-990N for member clubs

This service is only for Member Garden Clubs who are subordinates as listed on our current IRS Group Exemption #1879 and who usually file the 990-N form commonly called the "e-postcard." This service does not apply to Member Garden Clubs who file the longer form 990 or 990EZ. This service does not apply to Member Clubs who have lost status as a 501(c)(3) for failure to file and are no longer a tax exempt non-profit. If your club has applied for and been granted tax-exempt status separate from The Federation, then it is your responsibility to file your own form 990.
