West Hartford Garden Club presents ‘Flower Arranging Like a Pro’ with T0nya Dowd of Lily and Vine Floral Design in Torrington. Principles of basic vase arrangements, evergreen holiday centerpiece and creating and maintaining a terrarium. $10 Guest donation includes a light lunch at 12:00 noon.
