Wallingford Garden Club: Moon Gardening

Wallingford Garden Club presents Donna Katsuranis,  Advanced Master Gardener and an Interfaith Minister who lives and gardens in Brookfield.  She has lectured for many Garden Clubs and taught Advanced Master Gardener classes in the Northeast.

“The rhythms of  the Moon are strong and steady and the rhythms of the Earth follow unfailingly.”  Learn about lunar gardening, from planting vegetables by the Moon’s phases, planting an Ornamental Moon Garden to the effect of the Moon on the Earth and its inhabitants.

Meeting is in a large room off the parking lot behind the church. A larger adjoining parking lot is behind town hall..come in by Center Street.

Guest speaker is at 11:00 followed by a social time and BYO bag lunch. Dessert, coffee and tea will be provided by Hospitality Committee.

Business meeting will follow at 1:00 with reports from Horticulture, Environmental/Conservation and Floral Design as well as other gardening news.

Non-member donation is $5.
