The Litchfield Garden Club and Washington Garden Club are sponsoring a program, Techniques and Secrets of Botanical Arts Entries, by Sarah Boynton, noted botanical arts designer. Ms. Boynton has won innumerable awards in the Botanical Arts Division of flower shows all over the United States, and the WAFA shows in Dublin and Barbados.
