North Haven Garden Club: Ginny Apple ‘Bobcats’

North Haven Garden Club presents Ginny Apple, Master Wildlife Conservationist, lives in Barkhamsted by People’s State Forest. There she
observes a large population of Black Bears and supplies field notes and photographs of them to DEEP biologists.
She is Chair of the Barkhamsted Conservation Commission and numerous civic/conservation organizations.
Ginny’s presentation will focus on the history of Bobcats. She will discuss their lifecycle and habitat, share photos, and artifacts, and answer questions.
The program is open to the public. A $5 donation is welcome. Refreshments will be served after the program.
