Judges Council meetings are restricted to members of the Connecticut Judges Council.

Program

• Blue Ribbon Photography for Shows – Steve Silk, professional photographer as well as a gardener, will share his expertise on photographing flowers, gardens, and floral designs to best advantage. Steve has been a photography judge at the Federation State Flower Show for several years.  

Horticulture:

General Rules: All cut specimens are single stems shown in clear glass bottle/container provided by exhibitor; wedging is permitted. Arboreal specimens must be 30″ or less. All entries must be properly named and italicized or underlined. Classification will subdivide.

Section B Any Other Flowering Bulb

Section C Any Non-Bulb Spring Flower

Section D Any Other Named Exhibit (Including Arboreal up to 30″ and container grown plants)
