Event cancelled due to CDC and State guidelines during COVID-19 Pandemic.

Speaker, Cathy Ritch, will present “Cute, Classic, Creative – A Design for Every Life Style.” A long-time member and leader of the Long Hill Garden Club, she is a National Garden Clubs (NGC) Accredited Judge and is currently a Life Judge. She served as the Connecticut State Flower Show Chair for three years. She created and leads FGCCT’s Beyond Beginning floral design workshops, for which she was recognized with the National Garden Club Award of Excellence. Her designs have won numerous blue ribbons as well as top awards at the Connecticut Flower Shows. In addition, Cathy’s work has been exhibited at the New Britain Museum of American Art. The National Garden Club Vision of Beauty calendar has featured photos of her designs. Cathy is happiest when she creates floral designs using plant material grown in her own garden.
