CT ASLA: CT Grown: “Functional & Beautiful Solutions for Designers”

Connecticut Grown: Functional and Beautiful Solutions for Designers an educational program sponsored by CT Chapter of American Society of Landscape Architects.  It will beheld Fri. Sept 13th from 8:30-3:00 at Planters’ Choice Nursery in Watertown.  Topics to be explored:

CT Grown Trees: A Walk and Talk

CT Bred Plants; Important Diseases of CT Landscapes; CT Plants/CT Wildlife.

Presenters will be Darryl Newman of Planters Choice Nursery; Mark Brand of UConn; Yonghao Li of CAES; and Peter Picone of CT DEEP

Cost includes continental breakfast and lunch

$95 for Members of ASLA, AIA, CNLA and allied professional organizations

$125 for non members   $35 for students    Deadline Sept 9th
