‘Body Mechanics for Gardening’ – Cherry Brook Garden Club

Jennifer Stawarz, MSPT will demonstrate the proper posture, coordination, and lifting techniques to use while gardening. Jennifer is a physical therapist with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Hartford. She specializes in a hands-on treatment approach combined with medical exercise training to support optimal recovery and mobility. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
