All About Garlic: North Haven Garden Club

North Haven Garden Club presents Chris Reardon, North Haven resident and President of the North Haven Rotary Club.  He first learned to garden at the age of 4 from her paternal grandfather.  She first grew tomatoes.  Her garden grew.  She now has 4 beds of vegetables and 2 flower beds.  She began growing garlic about 10 years ago.  Her presentation will include how growing garlic is different from growing other herbs.  She will present a timeline for planting, harvesting, and storing garlic.  She will also share her favorite recipes.

Refreshments will be served after the program.
