Dr. Jeffrey Ward, recently retired from the CT Agricultural Experiment Station, will present on the dynamic nature of Connecticut’s forests and what this means for the economic, ecological, and aesthetic values of our forest in the future. As chief scientist in the Department of Forestry and Horticulture at CAES, Dr. Ward researched and published extensively on forest populations, invasive species control and forest management.
