Pomperaug Valley Garden Club was honored to have FGCCT President Nan Merolla and NEGC Director Polly Brooks join the club for the Installation of Officers on September 9. The day dawned clear and with a touch of fall in the air as club members gathered to thank the outgoing officers and welcome the new leadership team. The day was also a celebration of the Club’s new Pollinator Pathway Initiative, a recent recipient of an FGCCT Bee Resilient Project grant. A stunning centerpiece of sunflowers and cheerful mini arrangements on each table sporting Pollinator Pathway logos made for a festive setting! The club would like to thank Nan Merolla and Polly Brooks for making this a very special event!
