The Connecticut Federation NEWS, the official newsletter of the Federated Garden Clubs of Connecticut, Inc. - ten times a year.
Encourage our youth - helping to form groups and set up programs for young, intermediate and high school gardeners; offering Federated Garden Club of Conecticut Scholarships to high school and college students as well as hundreds offered each year by member clubs.
Protect our earth - educating members and the public through environmental workshops; supporting legislation at all government levels as it affects land use, pollution, waste management and other similar areas of concern.
Conserve our resources - publishing a conservation list titled The Preservation of Connecticut Wild Plants, encouraging all citizens to "Protect Wildflowers."
Beautify our communities - aiding member clubs in planning suitable projects, encouraging their members to serve on local planning and planting councils and inspiring all citizens to take pride in their communities.
